Lydia and Petra first met at Trinity College of Music in London, where they were both studying at the time. Finding a shared love for guitar chamber music they began playing duos together and in spring 2012 the 'CON FUEGO' duo was born. They enjoy playing eclectic range of repertoire from many different musical periods and cultural traditions, delighting in the rich textures and tones that can be created when two classical guitars are combined.

​Who we are
Drawing on their personal ensemble experiences, Lydia and Petra now regularly perform in masterclasses and concerts. They play recitals in venues such as St Alfege Church, Greenwich; St John's Church, Leytonstone and Trinity College. They also enjoy providing elegant background music for weddings, parties and corporate events.
